Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged at the time the order is placed. Shipment usually takes place a day or two later, depending on the item and the time of year. Occasionally, items are out of stock and and order shipping delay results. We will try to notify customers of any unexpected delays, and can discuss a full or partial refund at that time.
