Rate information for shipments may be obtained by selecting each of the items on your order using the Add to Cart button and the Keep Shopping link as needed. When the cart of full of your items, fill in the zip code in the shipping address and click the Apply button. Freight will now appear along with the total for all items.
We ship most orders by UPS to all locations. Tracking is available for UPS.
Common Shipping Delays
- The most common shipping delay results from errors in shipping addresses. Please make sure that the shipping address is filled-in correctly in the order confirmation you received via email. If it is incorrect, please contact us immediately.
- UPS does not pick-up on weekends, therefore orders made on weekends will be shipped out on Mondays. Exceptions to this rule are holidays. Example: An order placed on Saturday for UPS Next Day Air will arrive on Tuesday at the earliest
- If you've ordered a product from us within the last 24 hours, the product may not have processed yet or UPS has not picked-up the product yet from our warehouse. This is common when orders are made on weekends or holidays.
- Season products, such as those for Churches during the holidays, can have longer than normal processing times. Please allow a week for shipment, plus transit time for any such products.
