Delivery
Orders received are shipped within 3 business days provided the item/s ordered are in stock. Out of stock or non-stock items will require additonal time for shipment. The method you choose for shipping will determine the cost and estimated delivery time.

Out of Stock
Items available but not currently in stock will be produced at the earliest opportunity, and a shipping date provided as soon as one can be determined. We endeavor to always identify such items on the web site as requiring more time for delivery. However, it is always possible that a specific product may be out of stock due to unexpected ordering patterns.

Returns
     Returns within 30 days of delivery to the customer may be accepted depending on the type of product and if it can be restocked. WE REGRET THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT THE RETURN OF ITEMS THAT WERE DELIVERED MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE RETURN REQUEST
      Contact Collaborative Innovations for prior approval on any product you wish to return. A return authorization number and shipping address will be provided. DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT TO THE HEADQUARTERS ADDRESS without authorization
      Delivery confirmation and insurance is highly recommended when returning merchandise.
